To cater to all tastes, we now design/build safes with no brand applied. Each safe will be finished as detailed below. Anybody can contact us to request their own brand be applied.. Included in the price, we provide a full design service to ensure you get the perfect branded safe, for example your favourite watch brand, your initials or even a company brand. Note: the safe is clear lacquered just once awaiting customers to choose logo/brand. We then clear lacquer a further 3 times to obtain our signature finish.
We've added a logo/brand to this one, while our paint shop had a slot
If you’re looking for a very strong safe then this safe is the one, and its heavy. The build and complex workings in these safes, are a lot higher than any other i've worked on. The door lock mechanism alone is approx 20kg, see pic below.
Painted in vintage black with the pattern effect which runs around all sides and in a subtle shade of gold/grey. The interior is in a sand colour with faux suede lining (see interior pics on safe no.17) We've restored the original Chubb's brass coat of arms, which displays the place of manufacture, St Pauls Church Yard, London. This safe has two shelves and no interior drawer. We've replaced the old shelves with 8mm polished glass allowing an internal LED light to pass through the shelves. An LED motion sensor light is fitted which comes on as the door is opened. Both shelves can be removed to adjust the interior space. All graphics are hand applied in gold sign writing enamel. All brass been cleaned and polished to our usual high standards.
This safe has a 10mm hole added in the bottom right corner to feed a power cable into the safe for additional items such as a watch winder.

Please note: Safes of this age, approximately 100years old will show signs of their age and build, even after our restoration. We believe each safe has its own character, and thats what makes them special. If you purchase one of our safes, its not a NEW safe, they were built without modern tools, you will see imperfections, ie. the hinges are metal on metal (no bearings) so they may squeak and some may scratch some paintwork at the bottom hinge.
