Stage One
Agree a size, style and budget, then pick from our stock or we can locate a suitable safe for you. When a safe is chosen, we measure all aspects of the safe and create a scale drawing in Illustrator. We then create PDF visuals to your brief which are sent to you for approval.

Stage Two
Once the design is approved, we require a 50% deposit to start production, A hard copy will be printed off and fixed to the safe. This printed proof is used throughout the production process.
Stage Three
The donor safe will be stripped of all its parts and then sent into sandblasting, When the safe back from sandblasting it goes into panel preparation where all surfaces are filled and sanded to create smooth surfaces.
Stage Four
All removed hardware goes into the polishing area to be cleaned and polished, When the safes bodywork has been prepared it goes into the paint shop where its primed and painted with its base colours as specified in the agreed design.
Stage Five
We apply all graphics, logos and patterns as detailed in the design. Refit all parts to build the safe back to its finished state and the interior is fitted as specified on teh quote.
Stage Six
The safe will go into the paint shop for its final finish and polish. When its received back from the paint shop, all the hardware is carefully refitted to the safe to complete the job. The remaining 50% of the fee is required, then the safe is carefully packed and shipped to the agreed address. Alternatively you can arrange collection.
