This is a good size safe and was very clean, ideal for a nice restoration. We designed this quite simple with a traditional design. A grey black with just one panel on the front in a dark metallic red. We put a dark feather around the edge of the red panel to give a vintage look and some depth, finished off with `gold pin striping on all sides. Inside is in our signature mustard coloured suede fabric.
The safe comes with original keys and a spare set. We also add as standard, a motion sensor LED light.

History: Arthur H. Moss was a safe maker based in Gornal, a district known for its industrial history in the West Midlands, England. In the early 20th century, Arthur Moss is recorded as a safe maker living at 5 Church Street, Lower Gornal, and later in Upper Gornal. He was active at least as early as 1901, as evidenced by census records, and a safe made by Arthur H Moss of Gornal is exhibited at the Black Country Museum.
Moss’s safes are notable as artefacts of local craftsmanship, reflecting the Black Country’s industrial heritage.
